A few trainers I gotin teh works

These are a few trainers I got in the works. I plan to make some real knives ( not that these aren't real but they have rounded edges) fully sharp in the same profile.
We used one tonight at class and it was received well.

Looking good! Just an observation, but every trainer I've worked with has had a more rounded tip to prevent any penetration with an accidental impact. It may be that the tip just appears more pointed from the perspective of the photo. How did they work out?

The guys said they were vary realistic with enough of the edge gone that no one got hurt. Those defending empty handed said they were a little more intimidating then the rubber trainers they had been using.
 
They look good but I agree that they are way too pointy. You could stick someone pretty good with that tip. I would not train up against that blade ;-)
