A Funny Looking Triangular Box Just Was Delivered To My Secretary Minutes Ago...

( re: 12" khuks )

Aren't they just the cutest, most adorable little thangs? ;)

I'm down to the "Graf Spee" (12"AK), a 12" Dhankuta, and 3 12" Sirupatis - Audrey, plus 2 BirGorkha villagers.

 ;)

I've got a secret now too! Wait. Uh, nobody read that, right? Nothin to read here...:)

Drdan--THanks for the clarification. Now ya gotta get a Chitlangi, it has a much more elaborate sword of shiva, and twin fullers! Also the nice bell pommel...

HI has the most glamorous khukuri made, and its name is Chitlangi. You're getting an extremely well make knife, and it has a precisely forged dui chirra blade thrown in for free. I will tweak it to perfection, and keep it as a presentation piece. Then I'll feel a "khukuri void", and decide on something else; maybe go for a #28 in one of its configurations, or another 18" Chitlangi--a user that will not be babied... I have an affinity for the "closed cho models", but appreciate the others; Ill select some for my khukuri collection.

By the way Ferrous, I've noticed that my GS makes a beautiful WHOOSH when a fast and powerful stoke is exectued... You know your technique is accurate and effective when you hear it, much as when a katana is properly wielded. The quality is quite apparent the more I use it. The GS takes care of light to medium slicing and chopping chores too. One solid knife for a lightweight... ;)

Dan :)
