A.G. Russell Lockback #A334-CQ in Chinese Quince. Like new, appears unused and with factory edge. 4" closed. 3.1 oz. ATS-34. Made for AGR in Japan. Solid lock-up with no blade play. There is a gap between the liner and the spring on the pile side which extends pretty much from the bolster to the lock, which Ive done my best to show in the fourth pic. The Chinese Quince scales are especially attractive and well matched.
When I first obtained this beauty, I wrote A.G. to ask about it. He very kindly replied saying that they last sold it about 7 years ago for $85-$90 and it would be over $100 today if they could source it, even in Taiwan. He said that it may have been made by Shataba, now long gone.
