  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

A,G, Russell passes

Very sad news, was a fan of AG Russell knives for many a year, he really opened up the availability of many different and unique makers to me and so many others through the years, with an exceptional business model and consummate customer service. May he rest in peace, and may peace be unto his family and close ones. We have lost another icon with his passing...

View attachment 1004816 View attachment 1004817 A.G. introduced me to the William Henry B-15 San Mai ZDP-189 Tom Brown Tracker and the Camillus Talonite CUDA MAXX. I EDC a version of each of these models to this day. To say that A.G. was ahead of his time is an understatement.
He (and Goldie) are deserving members of the Blade Magazine Hall of Fame. His satisfaction guaranteed business model should be a model for all. Condolences to Goldie. RIP A.G.

The late mr russell was instrumental to the knife industry on so many levels
Cannot imagine what knives would have been like presently
If it were not for his foresight &
devotion to the craft and hobby of cutlery.
Knifedom has much to thank this man for.
Would have liked to see him go on forever.
But i guess The ag russell sting will remain an immortal epitaph to his genius.
Rest in peace mr russell.
