This knife (SeaMasterTM) was awarded "The Most Innovative Imported Design" at the 2004 Blade Show, held in Atlanta in June, 2004.
I am the second owner. It was never carried, used, or sharpened by the previous owner, nor by myself since being in my possession. The 1/8 inch thick, 3 - 1/4 inch long blade is of ATS-34 stainless steel at 59-61 Rc. The marlin spike is 2 - 3/4 inch long stainless steel. Both are coated with a special material composed of titanium and aluminum which has a hardness of 80 Rockwell, and with great rust resistance (the coating has a few very small scuffs on the blade's spine, and on one side of the blade; too small to capture with my camera. These were present when I received the knife). Both of the blue anodized titanium handles are frame locks, with the blade's lock engagement at about 20%, and the marlin spike engagement at about 50%. Price is $275 shipped via PayPal goods and services, US sale only. No trades, please.
