I had the two blade version and sold it off, in use I found that the closed blade interfered with the comfort presented by the handle shape. That was my personal experience. I like the feel of the single blade way more. As far as country of origin, AG has very high standards in his produced knives. The fit and finish on the made in China knives I've gotten from him are spectacular.

I have a few AGR knives now, and all are top quality. Not happy with the one you got? Not a problem. The only knife I returned to AGR had some obvious problems. I called AGR, told them, and I had another in my hand in about 4 days along with a RMA envelope with prepaid shipping to send the defective model back.

Lest any smarmy comments enter this thread announcing the reason they could do it was because all his knives are bought on the cheap from China, they assured me they actually stand 100% behind with ALL their knives (and their other products, too), regardless of the country of origin.

To top that off, the AGR branded knives I bought have some of the best fit and finish I have seen in years, regardless of COO or maker.

Guys- My AGR Sowbelly, in Brown Rucarta, arrived today. It's perfect and the Brown Rucarta is so nice.
Sorry about the lack of a pic. These folders are on sale and if you have been on the fence, get off and get one of these fine knives.
