I have ordered from A.G.Russell for many years now, and have always received the best of service. I believe what happened was a slip in the system. There is no company around, knife dealers are any other business that doesn`t slip now and then. I have only visited his shop once, when he was still at his original location, however I never made it back to his shop, in Springdale, Arkansas. His store was probably one of the oldest places to still be going strong. There used to be a purina chow plant and a military store just a block or so away from A,G,S knife shop. I have and will always appreciate A.G Russell`s fine service.

Welcome to BladeForums. :thumbup: I have always had a good experience with A.G. Russell also.There was some ugliness this week,I seriously doubt it will affect his business.A.G. himself responded to the incident. :thumbup: A class act! IMHO.
