I just read in my new issue of Blade that Mr Russell has donated about 11,000 of his
FeatherLite folders to troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I have a couple of these knives and love them. After doing business with Mr Russell
for more than 25 years I didn't think it was possible to think more highly of him or
his company; I was wrong.

I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum.

You said it quite well. I read the same article yesterday in Blade. I love the Featherlite BTW. I am a long time customer of A G Russell and he is a fine gentleman that stands behind his products 1000 percent!!!!!!!!!!! This man deserves to be honored for all he does for our military and many more charitable things I do not know about. I know from time to time he recognizes many soldiers for there heroism in his catalouges.

A.G. is the best. He's one of those people that does most of his best things behind the scenes and doesn't search out the spotlight.

"But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,"

And I'm proud to think of him as my friend.

Incredible gesture and I'm very sure well received by the troops. Thwt should give something for the naysayers to stuff in their pipe.

Great. Now I'm gonna have to dig out my last catalog and order another knife from him just to show my appreciation. If he keeps this up I'll go broke. :)
