I dont know if I can call it an "all time favorite" but I'm really enjoying it at the moment. Fascinating, as a foodie to really get into the nitty gritty of the science behind foods, flavors, cook techniques, etc...

Along with it is a custom New West Knifeworks Damascus santoku, I've been using for about 6-7 years now. I think it's my all time favorite kitchen knife.
