I'll be honest, I've never read that rule. LOL.
My opinion is that this is a light hearted thread with light hearted participants and nobody will have ruffled feathers as this wasn't done in a trolling manner IMO.
I'd say we have a soft reset where all missing items and the x2 requests are all up for grabs. First person to post any of the above takes the next call-out.
That being said, my opinion isn't worth anything and I am a new member with no say! But going forward I would say after 2 hours a new callout starts it without the missed post rule as that could lead to future confusion .
