I had to search cork display, never heard of it. Actually pretty cool though. Kind of like an adult/more refined version of keeping all the liquor bottles and puttting them up for people to see in the house. Unless they are new corks and people just like the display? Rupestris

Nope. Used corks only .

A lot of them have little phrases or pictures on them. Others have the winery name or logo on them and people like to decorate with them.

We have the box above. The idea is to put the start date on the back and when it’s full, put the end date so you can look back at how you’ve become a boozehound.

The liquor bottles from my youth are devoid of memories and filled with regret.

I love it, looks good and sounds fun to make/accumilate over time. What a good idea.

We have a new collection started. Mrs. Rupe wants to make one of these birdhouses.

I think we’ll be cutting the corks in half lengthwise or it isn’t getting built for quite a while.

As a kid I would paint the corks up and use them as fishing bobbers, my tackle box was the display item. Where it is now I have no idea.
