For right now it's my best fixed blade. I got it new for a great deal at about 114 after taxes so I couldn't pass it up. It's good for batoning and chopping but it is very wide and very heavy. For its weight I feel like the blade should be another 2 inches. The spine is great for striking a ferro rod. My hand does fit the handle in many different positions comfortably. The sheath is well made but the strap that holds the blade in could be more tight. I've been looking around for several different other fixed blades like a Bradford guardian or something from fiddleback forge. If you were to buy it from the secondary market for no more than 140ish. Just my opinion though yours may be different.

bud light lime?! what's the matter with you! :p

Haha it's my wife's.. but not gonna lie I don't mind having one every now and then.

Knife and a weed eater in response to unanswered post 819 on Page 41

A Bill Siegle 16" Chopper (10-1/2" blade) with a 6HP DR Trimmer

So now, how about a knife and a live weed eater - A knife and a goat!

Thanks for the feedback brother, very much appreciated! I got a chance to check one out the other day and really liked the way it felt. It did have some heft to it though, as you mentioned, but part of me kind of lines that. It feels rugged. I have been eyeing a couple of the Guardians as well, along with the upcoming Spyderco Junction. I'll keep an eye on the exchange and see what comes up. Thanks again for your thoughts on it!

No camera so no pics will be possible but, I have a challenge and I'm hoping there's someone out there brave enough that will humor me and accept it....knife on the sink counter in front of mirror in a REALLY DIRTY truckstop public bathroom. :D
