How about a knife and a guy base jumping off Bixby Bridge? On my way home from work just now, i saw this dude wearing a helmet running with intent in the southbound lane. I've seen it before, so i pulled over, clicked a few knife pics, and a couple of the guy. Don't really know where to post these so... enjoy!

Very nice. Love the owl. I was reminded of an owl because we've been hearing great horned owls in our back yard for several weeks. About 4 days ago I discovered there is a nesting pair in a pine tree in our back yard.

I love those guys, John. Which is why I got the steel version for Christmas. Has to be hammered into a wood wall.

We have them both in CA and WY. The European version (“Uhu” / Bubo Bubo) is very similar. Eagles of the night. I once took the shot below early morning in CA, of a flag pole we have in our yard.
