A game to play

They used to be called blue prints because of the paper they were printed on but now a days it's just a print. At least in the machine shops I've worked in.
We just call em floor plans lol atleast for commercial retail Jobs.

I'm a machinist, our prints like this one call out dimensions and locations of a variety of things.

Cool to know what other guys in different fields call stuff.

Blues,

I figured you'd have one.. I got a huge stack of em on my desk:rolleyes: never ending stream of more work.. but I do love what I do so.. I can't complain :D

What's next?

Dave, It's the ford 6.7 super duty

That's a great motor and so are the 7.3's for some reason I thought I read you had the 6.0 which I am glad they are done with those . 6.0 and 6.4's were not the best in my experience. But the 6.7's are amazing. And still wish they made the 7.3's

That's a good motor but the 7.3 diesels are one of the best motors out there.

Agreed, good ol 7.3 with a turbo... bullet proof. That said, the 6.7 is made in house and been great to me the last 4 years. Hopefully the 6.7s earn that reputation the 7.3s earned.

(Non turbo 7.3s are bullet proof as well, I just prefer the turbo)

Yea I heard about the issues with the 6.0s and 6.4s neither were as reliable as the 7.3s.

I work at a international truck and tractor dealer you guys are correct the 7.3 was awesome but the 6.0 was the worst pos I have ever seen

Yea I have personally owned a 6.0 and a 7.3 plus all the ones I have bought for our dealership and other lots. The 6.0 were notorious for the turbo going bad after a certain amount of miles. My 7.3 never had one thing wrong with it and we towed anything we could pull with it. Sold it with over 400k
