A GAW with a different twist now with an added surprise!!!

Well, honestly I don't know what to say other than, what a great GAW.

Its Amazing to me how God users little things in this world, like knives, to make a BIG impact. This little knife in particular has already made a huge impact on me. Long Story. Maybe He will continue to use this knife to help people.
It is a great knife, but more than that it was given away originally by a great guy, now given away again by a great guy (prayers were sent up for you today Bob) for a great cause.

Just made a donation today for Bob and in memory of my Mother who battled MS and Cancer her last days.
"Thank you God for using the little things in life to make a huge impact, thus showing all of us that you are there and still work through your people."

Tell all your friends about this giveaway... they will love this knife!

Bob, my best to you in your continued fight. Thank you for coming up with a great way to support a worthy cause. I'm in.

You can count me in for the donation and the giveaway. As a cancer (bladder) survivor myself (11 years now) and someone who lost his mother (4 years ago) to cancer (multiple myeloma) this giveaway/donation hits very close to home. I might also add that 2 years ago I lost my very best friend Ben to cancer (brain tumor). And my sister-in-law is currently in a battle with colon cancer. From one Bob to another Bob you can bet you are in my prayers. Be strong my friend. Thank you for a great GAW and the opportunity to help a great cause. Robert

Not an entry, since I had the good fortune of winning your other GAW back before your surgery last month!

But this is a fantastic GAW, Bob!!:thumbup: What a super idea, especially that you could even come up with it, given how you're getting "dumped on" lately health-wise and snow-wise!

Just want to let you know you're still in my prayers every day (EDP?), and I just made a little contribution in your honor to pediatric oncology using the link in your original post. Hang in there, Bob. I'll repeat what I've said before: you're a real inspiration to me!

thank you for the beautiful knife you're offering for this GAW I'm in. and my prayers go out to you and all those that have been touched by this ...

OK this one has slipped to page two so I'm going to give it until 12:00 PM Monday EST and pick a winner. The true winners are the kids in need, but in my opinion, everyone participating in this is a winner. I am truly proud to be part of your community.
Thank you all for the prayers, smoke, well wishes, etc. It means a lot and is very uplifting.

Thank you so much for this selfless gesture! You're ACES in my book, Bob!

The feeling is mutual Barry. As I mentioned in my PM to you, you took my idea and knocked one out of the park with the generous offers for your remaining EJ's. Together, with the help of this wonderful community we have accomplished something fantastic. It really warms my heart on a cold winters day. :D

Bob, It was an honor to make a donation and continuing prayers for you my friend. Cancer knows no barriers.
Everyone on this forum has more than likely been affected by this dreadful disease. Brett thank you for your
addition to this GAW. I live in Tennessee and my wife and I are avid supporters of Saint Judes Hospital.
Our prayers for your daughter also.

Ron, thank you and thank you for reminding me to add a link to St. Judes. People can choose to give to either the Jimmy Fund or St. Judes. I'll put the link up now.

Very cool "surprise"! Thanks for your generosity, Brett!:thumbup:
