Fresh off the workbench.

Blade is a 1095 blank from 2 Finger knife. Handle is stabilized African blackwood with white liners and mosaic pins.

Great knife by the way

Ilbruche,

That's something special!

Yours gets glued up tomorrow. :D

Did you reshape one of the existing blanks to make the nessie? I don't see a blank that looks like yours.

Andy

I did reshape the handle a bit. The bottom portion needed some readjustment to get rid of some sharp angles. I've only seen them offer a couple of these blades in 1095. The damascus blank is more common.

Cool man, I like that one. Looks really comfy. Is that a hollow grind on the edge?

Yup, it's a hollow grind. I normally don't care for hollow grinds, but it works with this style of knife. It's a wicked slicer.

Nice Nessie...that has some wicked curves to it:thumbup:

Excellent work

Wow...That's a nice little sweetie you've got there! I like the 1095, too.

There's gonna be an official Ilbruche BBQ party at my place when that Ranger comes back to the East coast:D!!!!
