A gift for MOM

Not sure the Busse forum is the place to make this recommendation but we have some Gerber balance plus kitchen knives and they have been serving us for over 20 years....

....always on cutting boards and ONLY food.

....never, ever in the dishwasher.

Would love to try a Busse nick....

I've got several Bark River kitchen knives in their stainless steel and they work great for me. I know there are all kinds of kitchen knives out there but I use and sharpen these knives and I support BRKT.
 
a 7" santoku can do the work of most larger knives.
I really like the Kershaw damascus series, food tends to avoid sticking do to the damascus ripples.

Depends if one distracts me while one does the run past on the counter.....I would HOPE they were ALL mine.... ;)
 
Wusthof Knives are preety good for the kitchen...i bought moms a set.
 
You mean to tell me that the NMSFNO isnt a kitchen knife. Man I have been doing it all wrong I guess.
