A gift from a friend

A friend of mine just got back from a mission trip to South Africa, and brought me back a gift. Its a lot sharper than it looks! He has a pic of the Masai warrior that he got it from, Ill post a pic of him when he finds it.

Thats funny, didnt notice I posted it like that!

Ill post some specs later. But the handle is animal hide, wrapped when it was wet, and is now stiff. The sheath is also some animal skin wrapped over some bark. The color is blood red, and I think it is blood! Very primitive and cool.

Overall length is 19.5" with a 14" blade. The blade is marked Buffalo M204 18" and has a pic of a Cape Buffalo.
