A Girl Needs an AK!

Posleen? A John Ringo fan, eh? I just finished "The Hero" and have read two of the "Ghost" series. Fun stuff.

Congrats on your AK. I have one in a Leatherman leather/kydex fusion Dundee rig. It's fine piece of leather work, but when you put it on the weight of the handle makes the whole rig rotate around, and the only stable position is handle down, behind your hip. Maybe that's what is intended?
 
Congrats! The AKs are pretty awesome, though I like my Ruck even better...i can move it around with a good deal more speed and dexterity. But both are pretty sweet, and many seem to prefer the whole HOG big kahuna AK. Hard to go wrong.
 
This is from Dwayne(Leatherman) at Armoralleather. It also has a dundee rig and the handle is supposed to be pointing down or it can be worn on the belt normally. It's the kydex fusion sheath and has a rayskin insert. I was going for a blend of the far east and a western look and Dwayne hit it out of the park.

That is the best looking sheath I have ever seen. The dragon theme and the stingray are just over the top!

Check out Atienza Kali website for sword carry options. They have some training demos that are interesting, also carry rigs that may give youu some ideas on what may work for you. That's an awesome piece of steel, az.

Thank you for the link! I have much to ponder....but not about how sweet that AK is. I really never imagined what one would be like. Suppose I need to handle a Ruck now, too! :D

I strongly reccomentd that you handle a RUCK. Try and find one as soon as you can because it is inevitable for the prices to surpass the AK47 in the future...
