Yes it's similar, It's a marlin pappoose (70PSS) I love it I've had it for years, very accurate, very reliable, no complaints at all.
 
I don't know how many firesteels I've broken. Been there. Sucks. Adorable dog. I would have to use it for my pillow in camp, too much fluff and a waggy tail.
