Discovery has a show based on the "I should'nt be alive" show called "I should'nt be alive" SOS! A very good show and Les Stroud did one of them as well.
The Jungle show uses this Army SF Captain who is an expert in Jungle travel and Survival, a damn good instructor and one of the best Survival shows I have seen.
