anyone else like a good sweat from a whirlpool or sauna ?

i do enjoy the night chill and a hot tube of hot water and fast bubbles-
you get out and just keep sweating-man its relaxing:cool:
 
Steam bath. There is something about all that steam cleaning out your system. If i want a sauna all I have to do is go outside on a hot summer day.

If you're ever here in Oklahoma on a Saturday night when we're doing a Sweatlodge you'll have to come and join us.;)
You will learn a whole new definition of *Hot* I guarantee!!!!:thumbup: :D :cool: We had a Sweat last Saturday night with some brand new, to us, Grandfather Rocks, big uns too! The first round put everyone on the floor! :eek: :D ;) Regretfully I could only set through two rounds because of my neck and back.:( :grumpy:
