A Great Day

Thanks again guys, huge, huge relief. I would say I didn't give up hope but I was pretty sure it was gone for good. When my daughter found it and there it was a pretty amazing feeling. I am going to take a picture of how I found and post it cause I think one of the member here may have solved the mystery.

I will never know for sure if that is what happened but I would have to think that is a pretty good guess.

 
I'm really glad you found your knife. I made a post in your first thread.."never give up hope of finding it".

At least you didn't have to wait 11 months to find your knife like I did with my large regular 3-4 years ago.
 
That is good news and I bet feels like a weight has been lifted off of you. Really makes you feel bad when you lose something even if it only costs $20, but a lot more if it is a $400 knife.

That's exactly how mine got snagged on a paper bag. Didn't notice it was gone until the girlfriend mentioned it was hanging off the bag while we were walking though another store picking up a few last items. Ever since that happened I check my pockets more frequently and especially after carrying/lifting things hip level.

Funny how things can happen, I am sure I would probably have to practice for weeks to do that successfully :D
