I know this has gone around e-mail for awhile, took me awhile to figure it out when I first saw it. I was thinking about it just now and decided to dig it up off the internet using my googlefu.

When asked this riddle, 80% of kindergarten kids got the answer, compared to 17% of Stanford University seniors.
What is greater than God, More evil than the devil, The poor have it, The rich need it, And if you eat it, you'll die?

I'm curious to see what you guys think of the riddle. Seems pretty good to me, once you figure it out it's amazing to see people struggle for ages to figure it out for themselves.

The answer to the riddle is "nothing."
Nothing is greater than God.
Nothing is more evil than the Devil.
The poor have nothing.
The rich need nothing.
And if you eat nothing, you'll die.

Nada. :)

Crap. Seems this thread is older then I thought.
