A Healthy Mouth is a Healthy Body

Chew gum. I chew Stride all the time, and always have it with me.

Floss with whatever you have that will work.

Gargle with salt water. If no salt, gargle with warm-hot water.

Brush your teeth with hard-wood ash.

Dogwood branches, when chewed for a few minitus, will feather out into a brush. There was a native American tribe known for how healthy their teeth were. When the English asked them about it, they remarked it was from chewing dogwood twigs.

Sometimes I'm stuck in the dental chair, thinking about the bush.

i was thinking that a washcloth (multipurpose...wash face and wipe teeth) and floss might work too... Im not sure tho

Charcoal is supposed to be very good for settling a stomach. May aid in curing diarrhoea (?).
Not really, for both situations.

Though charcoal as toothpaste would work - the problem is that it's too abrasive. But would work in an emergency situation.
