You may be able to find a Becker 15 close to your price point. That's a great knife that has been d/c'd and been marked down a lot.

Out of all those shown so far, I'd be most happy to own that Marttiini. How are the grips on those, if anyone has fondled one? Are they rubbery and grippy? Or harder molded plastic?

I have the ubiquitous Rapala fillet knife which is a rebranded Marttiini, it has a very similar-looking grip and the material is soft, grippy rubber. I haven't handled an actual Marttiini but the Rapala's grip is very good, stays planted in your hand even when covered in slime and fish guts.

Good to hear. I've got a couple of Marttiini knives, but none with the rubber handles.
