ME TOO!! It is all I hear Russ talking about. Mayo this, Mayo that! And if it is all Russ talks about, then it must be a GREAT knife 
Course it is a GREAT knife! The ones I've been privaleged to hold testify to that. I really like the damascus ones that I've seen lately.
