Here is a very usable hunter. This is a knife that I would carry either on a hunting trip or camping in the Great White North.

Forged from 1/4 inch 5160
Flat grind
Distal taper on the blade and tang
Hand sanded to 400 grit
Brass guard
Curly maple stabilized in my shop
Overall length: 9 1/4 inches
Blade: 4 5/8 inches
Deep riveted leather scabbard with belt loop

$145 ----SOLD----delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account is gldrewknives@yahoo.com I will also take a check with time to clear or USPS money order.

Just enough time to go..

That's....

Really........

Taken.....

That's really nice- almost a baby bowie swoop. A little swedge in the front would put it over the top.

Man! I didn't even get a chance at that one. That is my kind of knife too. It would have been coming south.

Has a new record been set for the grabbing up of one of Gerry's "Jewels"? By my math the trigger was pulled on this one in 22 minutes! Way to go pwatcher, and way to go Gerry! This one is both unique in several respects compared to Gerry's work in the past, and simply beautiful in overall design. That curly maple is some purty stuff!
