  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Photos A hunting I shall go...

Thanks all :D I am heading back up there next weekend for the better part of another week, just need to get through five whole days at work !!

Great stories & pics Andy...Congrats!
I do need to slay some swine someday myself.
They cause a Lotta damage & reproduce like crazy...Bastages!
Thanks for takin time to include us on ur successful hunt.

I'm a huge fan of the European mount, looks awesome. Thanks for all the pics and story line, felt like was there on the hunt with you.

Thanks all.... :D I just have to start a rotation on my limited all space.... Fallow Deer, Rusa, Warthog, Buffalo, Kudu.....one in one out.....LOL

Thanks for the story of the hunt!
Fantastic!!
It's very interesting to see animals from around the world!!
Your big buck has antlers that make me think of an Elk mating with a Moose!
Nice shooting!!

Not sure I can accurately relate how much I appreciate your hunting stories my friend. The euro mount looks great. Cheers!

Beautiful! As always, your narrative and pictures seemingly take me on the trip with you.

Thanks for sharing!

Great article Andy. Most of the professional cullers here use 308 Sako's. I had a heavy barrel one which shot superbly with slightly heavier bullets. I see that yours is deadly!;)

Well after some months I finally screwed the head to a backing plaque yesterday. I took a bunch of timber slices when I was hunting in August last year and started to experiment on one. I really didn't think it would be the one I used though here we are......

Wow! That's a serious piece of decor! How much does that weigh? Well done, Andy.

Thanks all !!!! Still trying to find it some wall space now !! It's too nice to be a "shed head" as we call the lesser ones that seem to build up over the years !!! I have another nice one from a couple of years ago that I will start on next weekend...!!
