12 gauge shotgun anyone? 44 mag with 320grain hard cast bullets? I know. He cant have those things. I am very glad to see his bearspray & bells though.
Wako is one of my favorite youtube people. His vids are really factual and informative. very polite likable guy. I've dealt with bears most of my life, and, at least for North American black bears, bells, bearspray, and an air horn will get you 1000miles further than a 6" knife. Knife vs bear you'll almost surely be killed and partially eaten or bleed to death before reaching help.
its times like these I am so glad I'm allowed to carry a 12 gauge. never had to use it. noise has worked so far, and understanding bear behavior.
its sad when governments infringe on our rights to protect ourselves. I truly hope he stays alive and well.
