Hi Fellas:
I named this the Killer Camp Knife - it's terminology used by Stan Buzek when he likes something!
I think that term applies to this good looking camp knife. The knife is deceivingly light for its size - the tapered tang and the distal taper contribute to its light weight. The stabilized spalted maple scales are figured very similar to musk ox horn - very unique. The blade is full flat ground to .040" then robust 25 degree bevels are applied. The blade was hand rubbed to 1500 grit and lightly etched/polished to show the hamon. For those of you that like your knife to keep looking like new rather than let a patina develop, just rub it out with Flitz or Triple F and she'll look like the day you got it. The first "I'll take it" gets it. $285 plus $15 shipping. Paypal payment preferred to my account tksteingass@frontier.com and I accept USPS money orders or personal checks. Maker's lifetime common sense warranty and free sharpening.
