A knife for all seasons.

To be frank I don't care much about what it looks like...
I like to see a clip point or drop point knife, flat grind, about 3", maybe slightly longer. In S30V, VG-10 or AUS 8 (just like the wonderful Salsa that I have here). Blade stock about a normal Endura. Military/Chinook size hole. Plain edge.
I don't really care for the lock as long as it's strong. I'm thinking between Endura and MBC rated knives.
I prefer G-10 handle, very fine with FRN. OK with SS, but they catch scratches easily. Two choils like the Native, and I must be able to choke up on the blade (again like the Native) Handle thickness is between Endura FRN and Native FRN. I didn't like how the Military's handle is curved. I'm very happy with the Chinook and the Native handle shapes.
Relatively light weight. Light, non-denim clothing doesn't work well with weight like the Chinook.
Realistically, I'm expecting price around the Military, so that online prices would be about 100USD.
Edited to add:
Good belly, but not excessive.
OK with wire clip as long as it doesn't look out of place. Don't really care for tip up or tip down.

The Spyderco Perfection:

The handle shaped like that of the Vesuvius.
Composed of dual steel liners and aluminum, micarta (in blue or classic black), or G-10 scales (also blue or classic black).

The blade shaped like the Vesuvius except with a rounded thumb-ramp over the hole instead of the sharp peak.

Lock-back with Boye dent.

ATS-34 or VG-10 blade steel.

No logos or words on the blade except "Spyderco, ATS-34 (or VG-10), Golden, USA".

Polished steel clip with Spyderco logo.

Offered in plain-edge or 100% serrated.

Allen.
