My friend, Larry, was in my shop yesterday and we got to talking about how some makers put names on their knives. I picked this one up and told Larry, "I think I will call this one George". Sorry, guys, private joke. :D

Forged from 3/16 inch 52100
Heat treated with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to Rc 58-60 creating a fine grain throughout the blade
Flat grind with a mat finish and forged texture on the flats
Distal tapered tang and blade
Stabilized burl handle
Overall length: 10 1/2 inches
Blade: 6 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop

Nice. When you said "George" I thought of the Looney Toons cartoon where the abominable snow man called Bugs that. "I will hug him and squeeze him and and name him Goerge." Looks like a great slicer, way to go Drew.:D
