I am looking for the cheapest possible way to have this knife built I would like it to open like the shapeshifter edc, the damuscus blade to be 3 inch's long and the handle to be made out of blue anodized aluminum or a Damascus handle

I would like it to be a max of 30 dollars, if not possible then please tell me what materials you can make it out of and I will change it. I will not supply materials

Most custom folders will run in the $400 to $1000.00 range. Just the materials to build the knife you describe would be well over $100.00. I don't want to seem like a jerk but at $30.00 I would check a local flea market. I just hate unanswered threads.
