I would like to follow Mike Wilson's lead (I hope this is OK Mike) and call this one just a knife too. Use it in the kitchen; it's a chef knife, take it out on a hike; it's a camp knife, skin a deer.....you get the idea.
This blade has been ground to a fine edge and cuts extremely well even though the spine is up to 1/4 inch thick.

Forged from 1/4 inch 5160
Flat grind
Hand sanded to 600 grit
White oak handle stabilized in my shop
Tapered tang and blade
Overall length: 11 inches
Blade: 6 1/4 inches
Riveted leather scabbard

$160 ----SOLD----delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account is gldrewknives@yahoo.com I will also take USPS money order your a check with time to clear.

Another Beaut, Gerry. You need to start sending authentication paperwork with your knives for the day when we say , "I remember when you could get a GL Drew for $160.00!".

Gerry's style has developed into a shape of it's own. I can see the day when knowledgable people will look at that blade and call it a "Drew" just like we call a "Loveless" now. A while maybe but not far fetched.

Mr Drew - you make some awesome knives - I'm just waiting for one that really hits me - a few that you've posted lately have been hard to resist!!!
