Up first is a kukri made from 1/4in 1095 carbon steel. The blade is ground with a double convex grind. This blade has good weight to it and feels great in hand. The handle is made up of blue and black paracord with bamboo fillers. It was soaked in West marine resin. The blade has been cold blued. It was heat treated in my Paragon oven and is tempered to be in the hardness range of 58-59RC. The is made from black leather and has an oak filler in the bottom for worry free drawing.
