What a great thread. I love the looks of that bow...betting it's all kinds of smooth drawing with those tips. I don't mean to derail, but were you hunting from the ground? Great looking pups and thanks for sharing the pics of that knife at work.

Congrats Joe nice buck and like mentioned with a recurve too. :cool: What poundage is your recurve set up for if you don't mind my asking. I used to shoot one years ago myself nice and light without all the stuff you don't need. Have a great Thanksgiving, Hmm! Tenderloins! :)

I've not been deer hunting in 20 years. I say every year that I need to go, but money is tight, and there is always reason to put it off. Mostly it is not knowing where to go any more. Many of my farmer friends are retired and don't own the hunting land any more.
