A little info on the Buzzsaw trapper

well its coming away with me next weekend - so if it happens to fall into my open hand it will get used...

We, as collectors, sometimes tend to forget that this is what Schrade knives were designed and intended for... to be used. But this is also where it pays to buy multiples of favorite patterns. I have over two dozen 897UH, but carry one in my pocket every day and use it as was intended. Likewise my favorite sheath knives, the 152OT and 165OT. Well more than a dozen of each put back, but one or two of each kept out for use when needed. And Safe-T-Grip knives. Those are quite handy in the kitchen.

OT, I have a predecessor of the Buzzsaw blade on a Craftsman camp utility knife made only a year or two. It is a very aggressive mean cutting machine.

its certainly hair popping now after a light strop :D

- I'm looking forward to testing the saw out agaist my ALOX SAK

This Son-of-a- Gun just looks like a BIG Buzzsaw trapper.
