Going on a little trip to China...to a new and Happy Home.
Thanks for all of the support and kind words.
This will be the last blade offered untill my orders are caught up:D

A Little more tradition in this blade than what I typically do. Although it will make one Heck of a backup blade...
This blade just sort of flowed as the design developed.
So it was done as the inspiration hit me.

Specs:
Handrubbed Satin Finish 3/16" 5160
Guard and pin are Satined brass
Walnut Burl Handrubbed finish
12 1/8" OAL Blade is 7 1/2" tip to front of guard
More Pics at the Available knives link:D

Sorry no sheath for this one
Please Email me any questions you may have!

Robert,

A stone cold beauty. Did you make a matching walnut burl sheath that we can see also?

Great job!

DAMN! That is a sweet looking blade

As Geode said, a matching wooden sheath would make the package even sweeter than it already is.

That was the first question my son asked...Should have thought it thru a little better.
To me it only looks right if it came from the same piece of wood and this piece was too small for that.

I know the blade is probably a little wide for this idea, but with a thinner blade, mount it on a hiking stick, or cane.
Have you ever thought about doing a short sword (15") in a cane?

Make me a sheath.....doesn't have to be matching burl wood and I will buy this beauty! I'm willing to pay a little extra for the sheath.

Please check your mail.
