Here's one.:D
Forged 1084...NS & copper fittings.
Curly maple w/ some silver on both sides.
This is the knife I talked about in my "Human eye" thread.
Let me know what you think....good or bad.
Thanks for taking a look!

Very nice handle ,Mace. The blade looks a bit undersized for the handle, but that might be the camera angle. It is a nice knife......but yours always are.

Thanks guys!

Dimensions might have been a good idea.
Blade is 4 3/16" OAL is 8 7/8"

Stacy, The blade and handle are very close in size to each other.
I think it may be the direction of the knife in the photo that makes it look a little small.
Thanks for looking.

Is that the beauty I handled at The Blade Show? If yes then I am still not sure I believe you did that wire inlay freehand. It is just too nice!!!!!!!!!

My wife said I'm too mean to Mace, and that I need to stop bullying him. Therefore, I make the following observations without sarcasm:

Wonderful maple handle, with a matching wonderful finish. The copper spacer is a great touch, and Mr. Moran himself would likely enjoy the inlay.

There, I did it.

There's your first (and likely last) free pass from me, Mace...

;) :D

Heehee!

Thanks guys!
And thank you Mrs. purple!..... Matt, I like your wife!:D But it's just not the same without the hecklers. Maybe Mike will come out from under his rock tonight.;)
Tom, This is the one you saw at Blade....thanks.
Dan, This is the first wire inlay knife I have put up for sale, but there is another out there.;)
Thanks again.

Very nice work Mace...I really like the handle treatment on this one a lot. It's very cleanly executed and not overdone. The pins in particular fit very nicely with the rest of the inlay work. If I were to change any one thing, I think one more grit higher on the hand rub would have really set it off.
