a little to far...

That honeycomb scares me as it would be way too easy to bring on a plane.
I don't want some lady behind me getting air rage and whipping one out.
As for the gunstock club, I would never get one but I wouldn't mind owning a good reproduction to go with my pipe hawk.

I seriously doubt the honeycomb is the sleeper threat to air travel that we should now be on the lookout for. How about that well dressed gent with the heavy, strong, innocent Mont Blanc fountain pen? in the jugular it goes, or eye or any other soft spot. Or the sweet old lady with the Bible and rosary that hides a nice piano wire garotte. Or the bespectacled youth with the steel frame eyeglasses modified to present a nice sharp point if need be. I think any of these are more likely to clear a security check and are just as pointless to worry about, once you start down the "this should be banned as too dangerous" path where do you stop? I believe in preparing and protecting ourselves but we need to lose the myth of "total safety" the government is currently using to erode our freedoms with.

You are right This club has no practical purpose

But admit it if you were tearing down an old wall or shed or car and a friend had one you would ask to take a few swings just for the novelty of it.

I am imagining this thing at the next extracation drill in town.

as for the Honey comb these have been around for years I bought a two piece set (Comb and Brush) from smokey mountain knife works in my teens (and yes I brought one of them on a plane)
