A lost/stolen package at Walnut CA

You recieved a box from your cousin right?

If it is the same box your cousin sent you with your cousin's handwriting on it, and it has never been opened, and there were no knives inside....

That is very suspicious. That would mean someone stealing these would have had to take the original box your cousin sent and open it. That would obviously damage the box so they would have to build a new fake box and send that one empty.

But if it has your cousin's handwriting on it and the box was never opened then that means your cousin sent the box with nothing in it.

Either that or they cut it along the tape line where you couldn't see it and hid it with another piece of tape.

Can we get pictures of what the box looked like maybe?

Hope the missing blades turn up.

Something in regards to the cousin sounds fishy with the current info.

Even if box was cut and covered over there would be tell tell marks inside the box, looks like bad cousin!

Tell the truth,me too.o_O:confused::eek::(

Maybe the cost of postage could point you in the right direction. If the cost was too low for the weight of whats missing, it was never put in the package to begin with, hence the package that looks like it wasn't tampered with. You should be able to back track that somehow.

Unless they printed online postage and just entered what it should weigh. Post office checks but only cares if you declared less than actual weight. Love to see pics if the box. Sounds sketchy to me as well

Is there a reason they all went to your cousin first to be shipped again as a group and not directly to you individually from the makers?

does the mailing label have a weight on it? mine usually do. i am guessing you should have had 3 or 4 pounds of blades?

I'm guessing Andy@CA is not in the US. He probably uses his cousins US address because many makers don't want to ship internationally, or it's cheaper overall to have one package sent overseas rather than many different ones. I'm also guessing Andy knows/suspects his cousin is the thief. Until somebody tries to sell them, and a link is made, an accusation would be baseless.
A Andy@CA - You should start with any recorded package weight. Either on the shipping label or through the packages' tracking number. If the weight is not what it should be, then you know your cousin sent you an empty or nearly empty box. Then you'll have facts to confront your cousin with.

Yes,I need all my knives shipped again to me as a group.I'll post the pics of the boxes and the shipping lable.

Here is the package I received and the DHL's receipt ,it includes two boxes ,as my cusion said.I think hawks are long, and the two boxes are all too small,so I think there aren't hawks in them before I opened it.And the weight of the knives I received in the package is close to 24lbs...I think the stolen knifes and hawks should be close to 10-20lbs...

That is what I thought at first but his thread title says Walnut CA so either he or his cousin lives in Walnut California. That he is overseas would make sense with the combined shipping though

It seems to me like your cousin decided to keep the knives, ship you an empty box and then claim they got stolen in transit :(

That's one of the reason I post these knives here.If somebody want to sell them at a good price, they need to know how much are them first.

Since Darrex the Italian scumbag now had been made to cough up the knives he stole, maybe the walnut cracking teutonic team has some free time on their hands and could perform their web magic on the cousin ;-)

So did you receive some of the knives and just not ALL of them? Or was the box completely empty?

It shows an "actual" weight of 26.5 lbs, so that means something had to be in there for the package to get scaled at the shipper at almost 27 lbs.
