A low ride clip!!!!

I would like to see a clip similar to the one the Infidel uses. It sinks the entireknife in your pocket. Can we get it in somewhat universal models also.Ti'd buy one to replace almost every clip I have on my Spyderco's.(almost all of them)

Count me in on the Low Rider clips. Then I don't have to make my own.
The Para Military sure could use one. They would sell well I'm sure.

I've used a low rider for about 3 years on my Military and would buy 3 or 4 for my other Millis in a heart beat.

I want one for all my Spyderco's.
And for all other folders I own as well. :D Seriously, I'd buy them and replace all the current ones.
That's how important it is to me.

Eddie,

Who make that low rider? That is perfect!

Thanks, Dan
Thanks for the compliment. The holes allow access to the pivot and the third screw holding the clip in place. Used the same holes as the standard clip that came with the knife. Really like the knife but wanted it to sit lower. The clip is made from 316 stainless steel.

I think that this would be a great idea. Assuming that they are available for standards like delica/endural/para

Sadly this thread is ancient and if it does come through I will be forced to order more knives

I like the kind of standard clips found on most current Spydies. I don't like the 'older' style of clip found on knives such as the original Manix.. it shows too much of the knife. I also don't like the folded over types of clip-I've had bad experiences with them getting stuck on my pants. I also don't like the wire clips, but I guess they're a bit better than the 'low rider' clip. Spyderco does an awesome job on its standard clips these days though, they should use them on all of their knives!

I'm in for low rider clips. The key is to design one that doesn't snag on the pocket as it is attached. Some low rider clips have screw heads and such that snag on the top of the pocket edge and make it difficult to get slid down all the way.
