A Lurker No More

Alright Gentlemen, I'm comin out of the shadows after 2 years of lurkin'. Rusty, YVSA, Bill, Rdzl, Apothecary, and my most helpful carrier/transmitter of the HIKV Khukman, Shalom my friends. I shall revel in anonymity no more. Alas, I must confess my like, no my enjoyment, no my outright need for daily quenches at the cantina and mass destruction of anything made of wood in my path for no other reason than to watch it explode on the edge of my HI Khuks. Shalom.

Welcome aboard KremeKing,
It is a wonderful place to visit and just soak in all the knowledge, that the long timere have to offer.
Nice part of the country, that you live in. I spent about 6 weeks total in Huntsville back in 98' at Wyle labs with a project that the company I work for was having tested. Pretty area. But it sure does get hot and humid in July and August. Oh boy!
Anyway, once again, WELCOME!

Alas, another of the downtrodden enters our brotherhood of blame. It saddens me that so many have taken that first step toward perdition.

On the other hand, it's so much fun to rattle that ole devil's cage!

You're gonna have so much anxiety, high blood pressure, and fun. To paraphrase AA:
Live one Khukuri a day at a time.

Welcome, Kremeking, to our aberration!

kremeking;
Welcome to the Cantina...alway nice to see others suffering with HIKV right along with me! Khukuriism is kind of fun if you can get the checkbook away from the wife once-in-awhile.

Hey Kreme,

And King, after 2 years of lurking, you ought to pretty much know about me no matter WHAT I claim.

Yet another Huntsvillian. Excellent!

Welcome, kremeking. If HIKV were an organized religion, Rob would definitely be our evengelist.

Thanks so much for the welcome. Feel like I've been part of the family forever, but unable to take part in all the talk. Yvsa, I must admit that Rob is right, I have three; 20in. Kobra with carved exquisitely carved handle by bura, 18 In. AK by Sanu, and the awesome, fearful, magnificent UBE by Sanu. Of the Khuks that I now own my favorite is a tie between the AK and the UBE, with the Ak having the slightest of advantage due to the spots it has gotten me out of during my wilderness camping experiences. Sort of afraid to mess up my wonderful handle on the UBE, not to mention the blade that is awesome.

However my brother, My favorite Khuk of all time right now is the YCS. Savin' my pennies to purchase in the next few weeks. It will become my next camp knife. ( See, I only grabbed a few, just a few. Not as vicious as the others) ;-)

I hope that all are taking the request of our brother Khukman seriously. I have been offering much prayer on his behalf. For those who have not met him, He truly is a good man with a good heart.
SHALOM
