No party hat Jerry, but here's your pic. The pup was pooped from all of the partying. Here's she's laying on the couch sporting her new swag. She got a new heart shape I.d. tag with her name on it, and a new toy squeaky pig. Don't know exactly how that works. Its my birthday and everybody buys the dog something.
Lol.
Today is indeed the day I turned the big 40. Last night my wife took me to my favorite eatin spot the Big Woods brewing company. She called my cousin Dan who unfortunately I don't get to see often enough and he drove down and spent the evening with us. That was a real treat.
The Beer was fantastic as always!

Nice Bday. Glad you had family and friends along for the festivities.
Funny and sad story about my 40th: I was in Afghanistan on my 40th. No worries. When I got back my wife had a "because your old ass was in the desert at forty" on my 41st B-day. Well, I had only been back for about a month so my wife invited my friends and coworkers and such to the house for a big party. It was good to see them after being gone for so long, however, since I had only been home for a month, I was not accustomed to drinking alcohol yet. Well, I got completely shit-faced (I'm not a mean drunk) but I was annoying and.....dare I say........honest. (bad combo there, LOL) I acted like an ass.
The result: I accidentally alienated myself from most of my friends. They no longer come to the house....at all......whether I'm drinking or not. If I want to spend time with them I have to make the effort and chase them down and damn near beg to be included in anything.
And, that is why I do not have friends except on here.
My character has since received an overhaul, but its hard changing the past.
Todd, you will never have that problem my friend.
