Sorry, Bryan! I just couldn't wait! Here's the latest in designs from Bryan. this is the CSK, which is designed as a heavy-duty survival knife. It is of 3/16ths O-1 steel, with a 6" blade and 4 1/2" handle. This one has natural/tan canvas micarta scales.

I like it!:thumbup::D

As I waited for the pic to load I read the description and felt that I was safe. "I don't want something like that......" Man, that's a cool blade! If he hadn't made it a spear point, I might have been able to walk away.

Looks nice - is that a convex edge? Also looks like a bit of a recurve happening on the blade after the belly.

Jeff, I sent this design to Bryan to make for me, based upon my experiences out there around this planet of ours. Too many "survival knives" look like something from a Hollywood movie...and are not very useful in the bush...or jungle...or desert! I wanted this to be a knife that, above all, was USEFUL! No "gimmicks", no unnecessary projections or grooves...just a knife that could be used for a multitude of tasks that you may call upon it to perform in, shall we say, a "non-traditional camping excursion!" I have not had the opportunity...or honor...to hold it in my hand as yet, but Bryan seems to have come through with flying colors once more!

Not necessarily my cup of tea, but still a very nice looking knife. The long belly is very nice. The recurved bit is interesting. I like the handle shape, looks very comfortable.

Bryan does an awesome job of making the designs that crazy people like us send to him. Eventually, I'll have to do that myself. Enjoy your knife!

Hi Ron and all, glad you like it Ron. I hope this Clark Survival Knife ( CSK )
serves you well when you are taking new paths into the unknown. LOL Ron I
know when you get a new knife it is hard not to show it off.
Thanks for the comments and thoughts on Ron's knife.
Take care Ron and all,

Bryan

Thanks for taking on the project for me, Bryan! :thumbup:

I know that this knife will do anything I ask of it!

Ron
