Funny Brian, but I've been playing the same game for years.
I started with full flat bevels.
Worked with Micro bevels.
Later tried Scani-vex.
I'm not a big wood shaver or carver, none of these compromises really hooked me up.
In the end my Scandi style knife now sports a full height, zero edge, convex grind.
