Hi all

This is one that I just finished up. It has a 9" blade and 14" overall. The blade is a bias forged, 4-wayed, tile cut construction of 1084 and 15N20. The handle is Blackwood with a stainless guard and pin and a sterling silver ferrule (not a spacer).

Hi Brian,

That's a beautiful Bowie/fighter! Clean lines with a great damascus pattern. Very nice. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to seeing what you bring to Little Rock this winter.

Looks VERY nice Brian, and I would guess it is much nicer when in hand, than just looking at a picture..

Very nice Brian I like the flow of this knife, would like to see a close up pic of the pattern.

Thanks for the comments guys.

Peter, you are right, a picture can only do so much. This Damascus really sparkles whhen you move it around. Although I have this on another thread, I thought I would throw this video in here as well. The Damascus is reflecting my index finger, but it almost gives the illusion that you can see my second finger through the blade.

Mike, here is a close up of the pattern.

I am glad that everyone likes the Damascus pattern -- I am going to have to see if I can remember how to make it :D
