I was out cruising my links for inexpensive yet awsome knives. Moras and other scandi knives, blades, Opnels etc.

And I noticed that one link wasnt working. So I google'd it and it still didnt work.

My favorite bare blade and Mora Shop seems to have closed. I am glad I have a stock of 5-6 blades from Ragweed Forge.

Where else besides Ragweed Forge can I get Mora's, Okapi's, Sodbusters, and other inexpensive yet awsome knives?

Google dosent like me, and yall have better links to outdoor gear.

From what I've heard Ragweed Forge is temporarily experiencing some problems with their ISP.

I just got a couple of Moras (840 and 860) from Ben's Backwoods. Very satisfied with his service.

You can call or fax Ragnar at 716-731-3715. He put the number up a week or so ago when he found out his ISP was going out of business.

That's a shame. I hope he can get settled soon somewhere else. Thanks for the information!

I don't know if I could go on without Ragweed forge! :D

I think I've gotten 14 Mora's from him (so far)... but you didn't hear that from me, lol.

I'll be getting a couple #1241s from him too, maybe a clipper as well.

I have every confidence that Ragweed Forge will back on the web, before most of us need to make our next purchase.

But, if not, just call him, and he will take care of you, his customer service is without peer.

My buddy ordered a knife, it was delivered practically before he ordered it, like magic. He ordered it like on a Friday night, and he got it Monday, yeah, 1 business day later. Crazy, like Ragnar uses mental telepathy or something.

On a side note, even though it may be a bit of a hassle, if you really need a knife, call him, he deserves our loyalty, he has been offering hard to find blades with a really great selection at phenomenal prices. My buddy was gonna buy a knife from a publication ad, he told me about it, I told him to check out Ragweed Forge, and Ragnar had it for half the advertised price of the publication ad. Ragweed Forge is a good deal, all way round.

SMKW has the best selection and lowest prices on Opinel knives. They sell a few Moras and other Scandinavian knife brands as well, but their selection is miserable compared to Ragweed Forge (everyone's selection is miserable compared to Ragweed Forge. ;) )

I've never ordered from BensBackwoods, but they have a few things I haven't seen elsewhere.

I could not access the site yesterday either.
Today, however, the Ragweedforge site is back (the secure online order form is not yet).
Ragnar is one of the best!:thumbup::thumbup:

I hope he can find a reliable web provider soon!
