A new Tanto folder from Burchtree Bladeworks

I mean, I guess it's pretty nice... if you like high quality folders with great design, materials and fit and finish :p

How do you like the W2??

Personally I love W2, I keep it well oiled with Marine Tuffcloth so rust isn't an issue and the hamons it produces are gorgeous and deep.

Ya true, can't argue with that hamon! I'll have to try some W2 out one day, it's quite dry up here anyway so probably don't have to worry about rust much

Not much, Justin. I tawt that was you.
I hope allz well.
Did you get a Leu Hamachi... to keep your Burchtree company?

That knife is soooo incredible. I have no other words. You are a lucky man. I think his books are closed til 2018..

Can I ask a stupid question? How much was that thing? That is one more good looking knife! I wouldn't say "pretty" because that carries a feminine air. This sucker is anything but feminine! Not to say ladies won't like it too, but...it's just nice. Good Lord, is it EVER nice! I like it! Congratulations!

Not a dumb question at all just not one that I would feel comfortable answering in a public arena. Lets just say it was very very reasonable coming direct from Michael. His prices are bellow what one would expect from most high end custom makers. Thank you so much for the kind words, and if you want to get any more information you can feel free to email me at jlaffer@gmail.com
